I booked an appointment for a second opinion after the first orthodontist I met with at a different facility provided me with conflicting and confusing information. I met with Dr. Salimi. She was very informative, very straightforward and professional. She gave me three options because she understood that the first two options (surgery and braces) weren’t ideal for me. She explained what was happening with my jaw and how it affected my face shape. She really knows what she’s talking about. I worked for doctors for several years and I always appreciate the doctors that take the time to explain things to you in great detail. All of the staff that I met were extremely friendly and very sweet as well. I signed up for two years of Invisalign. Looking forward to being a patient/client here!

One of the best customer services I have ever experienced. Dr Douglas has been amazing and barely had to say anything he did exactly what I wanted...he is a perfectionist. The team is great as well I just got my braces off after having them on for a little more than 2 years and after a double jaw surgery and I'm super happy. If you need surgery he is teamed up with one of the best surgeons too I recovered faster than anyone I know has gotten it done with no complications. Over the years, I never had my wire come off or a brace come off. Everything was very smooth and not painful at all. To get the best results faster do what they say and religiously take care of your dental hygiene...very important! Definitely gonna miss that view

I don't think this is a good model of medical service. Too many patients, it seems, results in parts of the service being run poorly and without much of a human touch.
